The Cartledge Reserve Pavilion is located in Ivanhoe and home to the Heidelberg Stars Soccer Club and the West Ivanhoe Sporting Club. The pavilion refurbishment was part of a $1.4M jointly funded project between local, state and federal governments. The existing pavilion was mostly in original condition and in desperate need of a facelift.
The pavilion was stripped back to bare bones, and due to inadequate foundations demolition was extended to the majority of the existing structure only sparing 3 walls. A complete rebuild was undertaken over a period of 7 months transforming the once dilapidated pavilion into a modern facility. The new pavilion is made up of 4 change rooms all with amenities, commercial kitchen, umpires room, store rooms, multi purpose room and large undercover spectator area.
