Stokes Rousseau was engaged to transform the Pied Piper Toy Library into a bright and colourful community space where children can borrow toys designed to support skill development and imagination. Works included removing existing internal walls and repairing the existing support structure, re-plumbing and re-wiring, installing a new kitchen, storeroom, staff office and DDA amenities.
