Stokes Rousseau was engaged to construct the brand new NJ Telfer Reserve Pavilion on a green field site in Bundoora. Bored piers, controlled fill and over 300m3 of concrete saw the foundations laid for the extensive site. Works included installing structural steel, timber framing, brick cladding, light weight cladding, double glazed windows, solar hot water and power.
