The old engineering building at The University of Melbourne was designed by Reed, Smart and Tappin and constructed in 1899. It was the home of the first engineering course in Australia.
Facade and chimney restoration works include, limestone replacement, re-pointing works, render & mould repairs, chimney cap re-construction, window refurbishments, storm water works, painting and joinery conservation. Works are programmed to reach completion mid 2017.
