The heritage listed Treasury Precinct is an icon of Marvellous Melbourne boom time architecture.

The Old Treasury Building was constructed between 1858–62 to the design of J.J. Clark with the earliest drawings dating from 1857; and 2 Treasury Place constructed in 1875-76 to the design of Michael Egan. This registered historic building overlooks the Treasury Gardens.

The Stokes Rousseau team will focus on façade conservation works, heritage fabric protection, joinery repairs and painting.
