Stokes Rousseau was engaged to undertake a major renovation and extension of the Victorian Terrace. The original front 4 rooms of the house, including 4 ornate fireplaces, hard plaster and cornices were conserved and refurbished, while the rear of the property underwent a modern two story extension, hidden from street view and separated from the original structure by a glazed passage way.
