Stokes Rousseau delivered a renovation and extension to this 1890’s brick terrace in Fitzroy North. While the original front two rooms remained largely intact, extensive works occurred on the existing dirt floors and water damaged plaster. Works included a double storey extension, internal courtyard, polished concrete floors.
