Demolition of the existing clubhouse and construction of new clubhouse to be nestled amongst the leafy landscape. The new clubhouse offered male, female and DDA change rooms and amenities, large social area and kitchen and included a large elevated 270 degrees viewing platform. Works also included landscape and civil works for this turnkey project.
