University of Melbourne Chemistry Building
University of Melbourne
Lovell Chen
The heritage listed, modern Gothic style Chemistry Building at The University of Melbourne designed in 1938 forms part of a major phase of expansion that took place at the University throughout the 1920’s and 1930’s.
Works to the building largely consisted of paint stripping, render and concrete repairs, crack repairs, sash window refurbishments, brick repairs, repointing works, rooftop waterproof membrane works and façade cleaning.
