In 2010, Stokes Rousseau was awarded a contract to provide ongoing project management services for the City of Hobsons Bay. Projects ranged from $150,000 to $500,000 and included the restoration of community buildings, upgrading sporting facilities and general infrastructure works. Stokes Rousseau lead on the tender documentation, evaluation, project delivery and budgets through to client occupation and practical completion.
