Stokes Rousseau was engaged to restore the Old Engineering Building, designed by Reed, Smart and Tappin and constructed in 1899. Works included facade and chimney restoration, limestone replacement, re-pointing, render repairs, chimney cap re-construction, window refurbishments, storm water works, painting and joinery conservation.
