Stokes Rousseau was awarded the contract to upgrade the change rooms and toilets, which will improve the accessibility, functionality, sustainability and standard of basic amenities. The works will ensure the change rooms comply with the Australian Building Code and Australian Standards for accessibility and mobility (AS 1428.1). Works also include the construction of a new architecturally designed store room, car park alterations, asphalt paving and a safe roof access system. Once completed the pavilion will better accommodate the needs of current and future users.
