Stokes Rousseau was engaged to deliver a full redevelopment of an existing clubhouse, including demolition and construction of a new facility designed to blend seamlessly into its leafy surrounds.
Stokes Rousseau was engaged to deliver a full redevelopment of an existing clubhouse, including demolition and construction of a new facility designed to blend seamlessly into its leafy surrounds.
The new clubhouse features male, female, and DDA-compliant change rooms and amenities, a spacious social area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
A key highlight of the project is the large elevated viewing platform offering 270-degree sightlines across the grounds, enhancing the experience for spectators and users alike. The project was delivered as a turnkey solution, including all associated civil and landscaping works to ensure seamless integration with the surrounding environment.
