Project context and scope.
Major refurbishment and construction works to St. Patrick’s Primary in Lilydale. Works included a complete strip out of the existing double storey building on the western elevation on the lower level and work to the internal courtyard. On completion the new building comprises six learning spaces, two breakout rooms, amenities, lift and amphitheatre tiered courtyard with a new shade structure.
