Victoria Road Reserve Pavilion

City of Boroondara engaged Stokes Rousseau for the major refurbishment works of the Pavilion. Internal demolition of the existing structure was required to allow for a new layout.

New layout includes social space, four changes rooms all with adjoining amenities, umpires room, medical rooms, multiple storerooms kitchen and disabled toilets. Major trades included demolition, concrete, structural steel, carpentry, roofing, plaster, brickwork, cement sheet cladding, joinery, painting, carpet and vinyl works.
